I wanted to share my experience from Forum InCyber (FIC) – EUROPE 2023 in Lille, France. This past Thursday, I had the opportunity to interact with some of the biggest names in the cybersecurity sector, as well as some of the smaller companies with big innovations.
While events like this aren’t typically geared towards students, I found it to be an incredible learning experience to see the different areas where cybersecurity is needed and can offer solutions. From red teaming to blue teaming and cybersecurity awareness, I was exposed to a wide range of cutting-edge technologies and practices.
Attending the FIC 2023 with Tuur Delacroix & Brian Bota was an amazing experience, and I hope to return again next year to continue learning and networking with the industry’s leaders. It’s events like these that remind me of the vast potential of the cybersecurity sector and the crucial role it plays in protecting organizations, individuals, and society at large.
