Last week, I had the incredible opportunity to participate in an international project hosted by HOWEST University of Applied Sciences in Skövde, Sweden.
The experience was truly amazing, and I had the pleasure of meeting some of the most exceptional individuals in the field. Throughout the project, we were tasked with securing a vulnerable computer network from external threats and other teams.
In the end, we had to use our newfound knowledge to launch attacks on each other. I learned so much about the research process and the various vulnerabilities that exist, particularly how humans are often the weakest link (such as with default passwords).
I want to express my sincere gratitude to HOWEST University of Applied Sciences and University of Skövde for organizing this incredible event, and to all the fantastic people who were present. It was an unforgettable experience that I will always cherish.
